Managing Your Books on Google Play Rights Once you've purchased an e Book from Google e Books, it is available to you in your Google account. For information on copyright protection and digital rights restrictions afforded to rights holders of your e Books, please view our Google Play Terms of Service. While you have the right to access your e Book, please note that the copyright still resides with the e Book's rights holder, usually the publisher or author who submitted the title to the Google Books partner programme. In certain cases, we may be forced to remove customer access to content stored online. However, any downloads that you have obtained will continue to work, even if we're no longer able to provide online access to an e Book. Sharing You may not lend or co-own any of your Books on Google Play purchases with another person. Purchase Policies Refunding Books on Google Play You may return an e Book for a refund for any reason if we receive your request within 7 days of purchase. Purchases through Google Play for Education are refundable within 30 days from the day of sale. No refunds are provided for purchase cancellations of books sold for limited access periods of 24 hours, unless the content or service is defective. If the ebook does not perform as described, you may return it for a refund at any time. Refunds will not be granted in situations of purchase abuse. When a refund is granted, we'll remove access to the e Book and your money will be returned. To submit a refund request, please contact our Google Play Customer Support. Moving.
In this book Dr Edward de Bono puts forward a direct challenge to what he calls the rock logic of Western thinking. Rock logic is based on rigid categories, absolutes, argument and adversarial point scoring. He believes that this thinking is not creative and thus cannot help us solve our problems and create a better future. Instead of rock logic he proposes the water logic of perception.
